Terms and Conditions of Use of the vworld2 Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and vworld2 ("Platform" or "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the vworld2 platform — including the website, mobile application, or related services — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all conditions contained in this agreement.

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using the vworld2 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use vworld2 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of account registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be a citizen, national, or resident of any jurisdiction that fully prohibits online gambling.
• Not be on any list of individuals mandatorily prohibited by vworld2 or the relevant licensing authority.
• Not register an account on behalf of any third party or unauthorised business entity.

vworld2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated period may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) account on the vworld2 platform. Owning more than one account is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide personal information that is truthful, accurate, current and complete as required by the registration form.
• Maintain and update that information to ensure it remains truthful and accurate at all times.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify vworld2 immediately if there is any unauthorised use or security breach of your account.

vworld2 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with account security requirements. Your username and password are confidential and must not be shared with any other party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vworld2 platform are subject to the following terms. We support various payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30.
• The minimum withdrawal for all payment methods is RM50.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour after the request is approved and identity verification is completed.
• All deposits must come from a legitimate source and an account registered in your own name.
• vworld2 reserves the right to delay withdrawals subject to compliance with ongoing Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

vworld2 offers various promotions to registered members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated alongside each offer. Users are responsible for reading and understanding those conditions before accepting any bonus.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses:

• 150% Welcome Bonus: For the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. The bonus amount is multiplied by 15 as the wagering requirement before withdrawals can be made. Example: deposit RM100, bonus RM150, balance RM250, wagering requirement RM150 × 15 = RM2,250.

6. Game Rules

All games on the vworld2 platform are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Users agree that game outcomes are final and bound by the established game mechanics.

• The outcomes of all games depend on a certified random number generator (RNG) and/or live dealers for live casino games.
• Any technical fault that occurs during a game session will be resolved in accordance with vworld2 policy. We are not responsible for losses resulting from internet disruptions on the user's end.

• Recommendations or requests from licensing authorities or law enforcement.
• Suspicious activity potentially involving fraud, money laundering, or game manipulation.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the required timeframe.
• Inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time through our support team. Any balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the user subject to the necessary review. • Technical failures, internet disruptions, or computer security issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect the operation of the platform.

The vworld2 platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any implied or express warranties. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.

10. Amendments to Terms

vworld2 reserves the right to modify, improve, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will take effect when the updated version is published on this website.
